Pastor Taurai Mafoti, who has a passion to see muggers, prostitutes, drug addicts and such coming to the kingdom of God, and his wife Pastor Precious are the pastors of the 3rd Service which congregates in the ground floor every Sunday from 11:00am to 1:30pm. |
The Harvest House School of Ministry, which seeks to equip the saints for the great harvest that is coming, is headed by the Dean, Pastor Muhambi Ndlovu. He and his wife Pastor Stella, direct the 2nd Service, which meets in the Upstairs Auditorium starting from 11:00am to 1:30pm. Pastor Muhambi also directs the affairs of the Conference Planning Committee, which is the committee that plans and puts together the renowned conferences that HHI host each year.

Pastors Thulani and Roselyn Sibanda are the hosting pastors of the Evening Service, which is known as the Holy Ghost service, because of the powerful moves of the Spirit that are experienced by congregants every Sunday evening from 5:30pm to 7:30pm in the Upstairs Auditorium. |

Pastor Jones Nasilele, who is known affectionately as “Pastor J”, heads the energetic Youth Ministry, and is the pastor of the city-wide renowned Young People’s Service which meets from 2:30pm to 4:30pm every Sunday in the Upstairs Auditorium. Being a multi-gifted artist and accomplished musician, he leads the Umkhumbi Theater Productions and directs one of the senior music choirs.

Pastor Nkululeko and Louise Moyo pastor the evening service and head the lively Action In Ministry (AIM), a ministry of young people from the ages of 21 and above who are not yet married, with the intention of raising a generation of young people of power, passion and purpose.

Pastor Richard heads the Evangelism Ministry, which has a representation in all the services. It includes the fiery team that works full time during the week, ensuring many are saved. This team also works hard in planting and establishing new HHI churches around Zimbabwe. Pastor Sithembile sits on the Vernacular Service Board. |
| Pastors Fuyani and Sikhanyisiwe Moyo are resident pastors of the 1st Service, which meets at 8:00am to 11:00am every Sunday in the Upstairs Auditorium. Pastor Fuyani is also the Human Resources pastor in the administration of the church. |

Professor Eddie and Pastor Judy Mwenje, powerful prophetic and healing ministers, are the resident pastors of the 4th Service which convenes on Sundays in the Ground Floor Auditorium from 8:00am to 11:00am. They are also responsible for the Couples Ministry, and pre-marital counselling.

| Pastors Stanely and Jane Chiriseri serve as the pastors of the Vernacular Service and Funerals, the service that ministers in the traditional Shona and Ndebele languages. Their service starts at 2:30pm and ends at 5:00pm in the Ground Floor Auditorium every Sunday. They are also responsible for the Funerals department. |

Elder George Ncube fronts the pivotal Men's Ministry and Elder Khetiwe is part of the leadership of the Music Ministry which has 8 choirs that minister in the seven services that run on a Sunday. |
Elders Bheki and Anastancia Ngulube are responsible for the large team of hardworking and efficient ushers that serve in all the services on a Sunday and during any other events that are held at HHI

Elders Fundi and Nomcebo Ndlovu spearhead activities by the Business Department, which has the responsibility of raising funds needed for projects the church wants to undergo. In addition, they sit on the 1st Service Board. |
Elders Rex and Cynthia Jiri lead the dedicated team in the Hospital Ministry that go to hospitals and minister to the sick. This team also does weekend evangelism periodically. These elders are also in charge of the Weddings Department, a department which helps to-wed couples with wedding arrangements and pre-wedding counseling. Elder Cynthia is also responsible for the Harvest Lodges.

Elders Charles and Sakhile Dube are the directors of the Music Ministry, which incorporates 8 fully fledged music teams which minister during the 7 services held on a Sunday. Elder Charles also heads the Men’s Department. |
Elder Ronah Khupe, in addition to sitting on the Vernacular Service Board, oversees the ministry of the single parents in the church. The Single Parents Department is vital in the lives of many in the church who have the difficult task of single handedly raising children amid all types of situations. .... .. .. .. .. .. .. ..

Elder Milos Ndlovhu

Elder Milos runs a team of over 130 counselors who minster every Sunday in the different services and are crucial to new believers as they are the ones who explain to them the important step that will just have been taken in being born again. The Counseling Department is made up of men and women who are used by God in healing and in sensitivity towards issues that affect people’s lives in relation to their walk with God. |
Elders Frank and Grace Kunda lead a team that ensures that new believers receive the necessary teaching that will ensure that they have a firm foundation in the things of God. The New Believers class is held in every service 30 minutes proir to starting. These elders are also responsible for baptism and they teach pre-baptismal classes. In addition to all their tasks they sit on the 2nd Service Board.

Elders Fanuel and Lindiwe head the Intercession and Interpreters Ministry, an important department that leads intercession prayer 30 minutes before the start of each service. It also incorporates the All-Night Prayer team, which meets fortnightly to pray concerning issues affecting individuals, the church, the body of Christ and the country. The interpreters are there to ensure that those who have the vernacular languages as their major language are able to hear during services, as all services except the Vernacular Service are conducted in English. They sit on the 4th Service Board. |
Elders Bulisani and Kerecencia Ncube front the Compassion Ministry, a critical department that sees to the ministry of those who are needy in the church and in our community. The Compassion Ministry is in the process of being regstered as an NGO.

Elder Tekla is in charge of the Functions and Decor department, which has the role of decorations in the church and during church functions. This department also has the critical role of events management, which includes overseeing events such as the conferences. |

Elders Milton and Lucy are responsible over the Media Department, the creative department that produces Apostle Colin's weekly 'Open Heavens', and Pastor Sarah's 'Deborah's Palm Tree', programs that run on Manna TV. This also incorporates the Sound team. They are also responsible for the Inner Sanctuary Library. |
