Homegroups

Acts 5:42 "and daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to
teach and preach Jesus Christ."

The objectives of having home groups are:-

1. Pastor believers,
2. Raising leaders through mentorship
3. Evangelism

The best way to pastor a rapidly growing church is through cell group meetings. The appointed leader gives everyone the opportunity to share the word of God and minister in their different unique ways.

Many people get saved through relationships than through events. In cell groups, people have spiritual families where issues can be dealt with more effectively and on a one to one basis. Cell groups also bring a feeling of belonging to members, as they feel part of something they can easily be identified with in a smaller setting than a bigger one. Leadership is an important tool that is developed in home-groups as a home-group leader is apointed who will 'pastor ' the group, and who, in turn has two or more assistants who help the leader.
