This pivotal department in the church has the Holy Ghost fire driven Pastor Richard Siavuta. He is governed by his vision of winning many souls and spreading the word of God. He spearheads operations, ensuring that scores of souls are won into the kingdom of God.

To assist in achieving this, Pastor Siavuta has a backbone of 100 members in the different services and of which 20 work full-time during the week going out to spread the Gospel.

In addition to doing door to door evangelism in the suburbs of Bulawayo, this team is heavily involved in church planting where some go as fore runners into the targeted towns and evangelize before the church is planted.

Based on 1st Timothy 4v5, the driving force behind this team is the burden for souls and the love of Christ. Great miracles of healings and deliverance have been witnessed as the good news of the Kingdom of God is preached.
