Action in Ministry (AIM) is a dynamic young people’s ministry dedicated to raising People of worth. People of Worth are People of Purpose, Power and Passion. Those who form the generation that can be considered as the Army of the Lord. This ministry comprises of young people who are 21 years and above and not yet married.

The mandate.

1. To become the Standard by which permanent, anchored change will take place in the lives of young people.
This includes bridging the gap between the demands placed upon them to carry out life decisions and the wisdom they require for such decisions.

2. To be the resident Anointing pool by which young people will bring about value addition in the spiritual, political, social, economic and physical orders of Society.

1. Facilitating gatherings of quality, weight, and significant benefit. These include Encounter Camps, Leadership Camps, Finance Seminars, Dinners and Breakfast meetings.

2. Creating a guiding coalition, that is leadership teams, and forums to bring about change. Amongst these are King’s Court and Esther’s Parlour dedicated for male and female grooming, Premarital Department for preparing people for their life long commitments to life partners, Personal Leadership forum for personal mentoring on key life issues, and Recreation to make people happy.
